Loaded Mashed Potato Egg Rolls. Crispy egg rolls stuffed with creamy loaded mashed potatoes and gooey cheese! This may be my favorite egg roll recipe yet!#appetizerrecipes Ingredients 2 cups prepared or leftover mashed potatoes 1/4 cup bacon bits or crumbled cooked bacon 2 green onions thinly sliced 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 8 sticks of cheese approx. 3? long by 1/4? square 8-10 Egg Roll Wrappers Instructions Combine cooled mashed potatoes, bacon bits, green onions, egg, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Wrap about 3 tablespoons of the mashed potato mixture around each stick of cheese trying to ensure it is completely covered (this helps prevent leaks). Roasted Sweet Potato and Black Bean Quesadillas are the best vegetarian quesadillas you’ll ever taste. So easy to make and most importantly incredibly delicious and filling! This crock pot french dip sandwich recipe is one of my favorite slow cooker recipes, and also, crazy enough, one of my most popular, too! It’s been pinned and tried by over 80,000 people on Pinterest and in my humble opinion is the best French Dip recipe there is! Especially if you’re after a French Dip Crock Pot dinner recipe. Make these perfectly seasoned roasted potatoes for a delicious side dish – simple, allergy friendly comfort food that everyone will love! Ingredients 6 large Yukon Gold Potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1/3 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt Instructions Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (this prevents sticking, but do keep an eye on it as this recipe is baked at a higher heat). Peel and dice the potatoes and place inside a large bowl. This Crockpot Potato Soup is thick, creamy and loaded with tender potatoes, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions and a few veggies for good measure. Ingredients 2 lb golden potatoes (about 8 medium), diced 3 cups low sodium chicken broth 2 large carrots peeled and diced 1 rib celery diced 1/2 medium onion finely diced 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 6 slices thick cut bacon 1/4 cup butter 3 tablespoons all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided 2 green onions sliced Instructions Place potatoes, broth, carrots, celery, onion, salt, garlic, parsley, thyme and pepper into a 3-6 quart crockpot. Put the lid on and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours (until the vegetables are tender). We love a good shrimp boil, but sometimes we don't have time for the production. Foil packs turn a shrimp boil into individual parties that are so fun tho throw onto the grill! It's everything you love with way less work. INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 smoked andouille sausages, thinly sliced 2 ears corn, each cut crosswise into 4 pieces 1 lb. red bliss potatoes, chopped into 1-in pieces 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley 1 lemon, sliced into thin wedges 4 tbsp. butter DIRECTIONS Preheat grill over high heat, or preheat oven to 425°. Food Court Bourbon Chicken Copycat

We live about 30 minutes from an outlet mall, so we go there more often than we should. Becca absolutely loves the bourbon chicken at the Chinese restaurant in the food court, and I have made special trips to the mall just to get the chicken!  Most of the recipes out there are either attempts to copy the New Orleans original (this is really nothing like that) or some sort of barbecue type sauce. After much tinkering, trial and error I finally came up with a recipe that is nearly identical (close enough) to what is served at the food court. Ingredients 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 LB chicken thighs, skinless. 1 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper (I used 4 turns on the pepper mill) 1/3 Cup soy sauce 1/3 Cup Bourbon (or whatever brown whiskey you have sitting around.
